Russia attacks Ukraine with 157 drones overnight, hits recorded at 12 locations
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 157 Shahed, Gerbera strike drones and decoy UAVs on the night of 2-3 October. Hits have been recorded at 12 locations.

Details: Forty-five out of 157 Shahed drones were jet-powered.
As of 09:00, Ukrainian air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 131 drones.
Hits by aerial assets have been recorded at 12 locations and downed aerial assets (debris) landed at five locations.
The Russians also attacked Odesa Oblast in the morning with Banderol drone-launched cruise missiles. Information on the consequences is being confirmed.
At the time of the report, the attack was ongoing.
Background: A total of 194 combat clashes occurred on the battlefield over the past day, with the highest number of Russian attacks recorded on the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk fronts.
