Ukraine tests EW system to protect heavy bomber drones and ground robots

The Ukrainian defence company Aura-Ukraine has begun final tests of the Aura 3K mini, an electronic warfare (EW) system designed to protect heavy bomber drones.

Details: The device provides 360-degree protection through two broadband jammers operating in the 2.1-2.8 GHz range. They can jam Russian FPV drones without interfering with the platform's own Starlink communication link.
The device weighs about 2.4 kg, according to Dignitas Fund, which is working on the EW system alongside the manufacturer. If the system's final tests are successful, it is slated for mass production.
Quote from the press service: "Testing of the system's radiation pattern will begin at the front in the coming days."

Details: Dignitas Fund said the EW system's operations are planned to be automated. Specifically, the system is to be upgraded with an automatic activation function that will switch it on only when a threat is detected, preventing continuous emissions from giving away the drone's position. There are also plans to adapt the Aura 3K mini for Vampire-type bomber drones.
Background: Ukrainska Pravda previously reported that the Ukrainian company Rebel Group had developed a stationary electronic warfare and reconnaissance system called Brama. It is planned to be officially approved for use by the Ukrainian defence forces.
