Emergency power outages introduced in Kyiv, electric public transport halted

Emergency power outages have been introduced in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast following Russian attacks on the orders of Ukrenergo, Ukraine's national energy company.

Electric public transport services have been temporarily suspended on the right bank of Kyiv due to a lack of voltage in the overhead lines.
