However, the intensity of the attacks is increasing. Therefore, the city authorities, as in previous years, are urging Kyivites to take care of the most essential individual supplies."
Details: The KCSA has released the following recommendations for Kyiv residents:
- Stock up on drinking water and water for household use. Each adult needs 3 litres of drinking water and 10-12 litres of water for hygiene and cooking per day. Ideally, you should have enough supplies to last at least three days. In Kyiv, 155 pump rooms are equipped to operate on generators during power cuts.
- Charge power banks and portable charging stations.
- Insulate your premises – seal window joints and check the external insulation of windows, and place Alufom or other heat-insulating material between the wall and the radiator.
- Stock up on torches, battery-powered lamps, candles, matches, batteries, etc.
- Stock up on long shelf-life food and food that does not require electricity to prepare.
- Ensure safe movement on the streets in the dark. Wear reflective clothing or reflective strips on your sleeve, bag or backpack.
- Follow official information from the city authorities.
