Quote from Filashkin: "We are expanding the mandatory evacuation zone for families with children – it now covers all settlements in the Kramatorsk and Sloviansk hromadas. The security situation is constantly deteriorating. The Russians attack Kramatorsk and Sloviansk every day, striking residential areas, civilian transport and crowded places. Remaining there with children is an unjustified risk."
Details: Filashkin addressed parents: "Do not put your children in danger and do not wait for a Russian strike to hit near your home. Evacuate now".
It was noted that specialised groups of the police and the State Emergency Service are involved in the evacuation. Filashkin added that upon arrival at the transit point, families will be assisted with their onward relocation to safer regions of Ukraine.
