The ceasefire has now been in effect for 54 hours. It began on 27 October at 03:00 Kyiv time. The parties are fully complying with the agreed-upon terms, and no violations of the ceasefire have been recorded."

Details: Lubinets said he is in constant contact with his Russian counterpart Yana Lantratova coordinating the implementation of the agreements reached.

He also thanked US First Lady Melania Trump, who is personally devoting time and attention to the humanitarian mission and assistance for civilians in Oleshky.

"We continue to work on implementing the agreements. Our task is to deliver humanitarian aid to the people who remain in the city and to ensure that civilians can leave safely," Lubinets said.

Meanwhile, Melania Trump announced on 29 October that four American journalists from Newsmax will be present in Russian-occupied Oleshky to document the humanitarian mission.

Ukrainian journalist Ostap Yarysh, who is based in Washington, noted that the person responsible in the US for the evacuation plan for Oleshky, Marc Beckman, is a private adviser to Melania Trump and the producer of the documentary Melania about the US first lady.

Beckman's background is in marketing, media and cultural projects. He founded the advertising agency DMA United, which works with well-known brands in the fashion, entertainment and sports industries.

Yarysh noted that Beckman's portfolio does not include diplomatic, political or humanitarian work. He is not a US government official and does not work in the Office of the First Lady. On social media, he describes his role as "exclusive senior adviser". Beckman and Melania Trump have worked together for many years on her media and business projects, including the documentary which was released this year and produced with funding from Amazon.
