Details: "Power engineers are working around the clock to repair the damaged equipment," the ministry said.
In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, repair crews have restored the power supply to critical infrastructure facilities and some consumers. Repair work is also ongoing in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.
However, the damage is extensive, so it will take time to fully resume the electricity supply. Prolonged air-raid warnings and the constant threat of repeat attacks are making the work of power engineers even more difficult.
The Ministry of Energy has not provided a timeline for the completion of the repairs.
