Details: Sikorski said he intends to repeat the message he previously delivered to Lavrov at a UN Security Council meeting: "Sergei, tell your boss enough is enough. It's time to put an end to this. Five years of this bloody war – it has to stop."
Answering a question about an invitation to a meeting with Lavrov, he replied: "For us, this is an awkward situation... We would like Russia to start behaving like a member of the clubs to which it belongs and where certain rules apply. If you are a member of a club, you must behave like a gentleman, and some, unfortunately, do not know how to do that."
Sikorski said the two-day ministerial meeting in the US state of Georgia would focus on freedom of shipping, access to food and energy issues.
"On all three issues, Poland has something to say, as freedom and safety of shipping in the Baltic Sea is an important matter, critical infrastructure on the bed of the Baltic Sea and the fact that grain from Ukraine and Europe is not reaching Egypt and other countries is one of the reasons why the bloody Russian aggression against Ukraine must stop," he explained.
