On July 16, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko reported in Ivano-Frankivsk that Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of the Ukrayinskyi Vybir [Ukr.: Ukrainian Choice] movement, had launched mass attempted registration of ‘territorial communities,’ urging not to pay taxes to the central government.
