Residents of the occupied town of Starobilsk took down the occupiers’ flag and sang the national anthem of Ukraine

Residents of the Russian-occupied town of Starobilsk in the Luhansk region took down the flag of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic.

Details: The video shows a gathering of people outside the administration building bearing Ukrainian flags.

They sang Ukraine’s national anthem while taking down the flag of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic from the flagstaff.

It seems from Haidai's post that after this, they raised the Ukrainian flag, but this is not recorded on video.
