Electricity supply at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant has been restored after the damage caused by hostilities.

Verbatim: "Ukraine informed the IAEA that today the external power supply to the Chornobyl nuclear power plant was restored after the power supply line was once again damaged by the ‘occupying forces’."

Background: The invaders damaged the power line to the Chornobyl nuclear power plant again, after it  was repaired on Sunday by Ukrenergo specialists.

Background: Russian military forces seized the Chornobyl nuclear power plant after a fierce battle on February 24. Staff members are held hostage. Ukraine called the Russian seizure of Chornobyl NPP terrorism.
