Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov was released from Russian captivity.

Details: Tymoshenko said that the "special operation" to release Fedorov from Russian captivity had concluded.

According to Yermak, Fedorov was holding talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
