Russian troops have attacked at least 2 volunteer convoys, leaving dead and wounded.

According to Senenko: "…news has come in that the Russians have attacked at least 2 volunteer convoys that were bringing humanitarian aid to Chernihiv and trying to evacuate people.
Several volunteers were killed.
Several were injured.
The vehicles have been burned to the ground."
Update: Andriy Tsaplienko, a journalist, later reported that Anastasiya Tahirova, a second-year student at the Drahomanov National Pedagogical University, was killed on the outskirts of Chernihiv. The Russian occupying forces opened fire on her car.
