The occupiers launched a rocket attack on a sports complex of an educational institution.
According to the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office, the attack occurred in the early morning of 24 June 2022 in the Kyiv district of the city.
The attack resulted in a destroyed building and a fire that engulfed nearly 200 m2.
"A pre-trial inquiry into the violation of rules of the warfare, which corresponds to paragraph 1 article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: "Extreme cruelty during the war, blatant disregard for its laws and rules, provokes even more extreme cruelty in response as well as postponement of the attempts to settle the conflict peacefully", states the Prosecutor’s Office.
