Serhii Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, said that Russian forces had conducted an airstrike on Myrna Dolyna, while Lysychansk was pounded by artillery, killing one woman.

Details: According to Zaika, 60% of all infrastructure and residential buildings in Lysychansk have been destroyed.

He noted that the main road from Bakhmut to Lysychansk is under Ukrainian Armed Forces control, but is under constant bombardment by Russian forces. However, humanitarian aid is coming in and people have enough food.

Approximately 20,000 people remain in the city - a fifth of Lysychansk's population.

Background: Russian troops attempted to storm Metiolkino and Bilohorivka but suffered losses and retreated to their previously held positions.
