Russian labour exchanges have started recruiting people who want to go to war in Ukraine

Russia has begun looking for citizens to send to war in Ukraine through state labour exchanges, and in particular the "Work in Russia" portal [ "Работа в России" — ed.]. In June, they were looking for more than 22,200 military personnel.

Details: According to "Important Stories", the 74th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade from Kemerovo Oblast is looking to hire 187 people, mainly drivers and shooters. In the middle of May, 485 soldiers of the brigade were killed trying to cross the Siverskyi Donets River.

They are looking for new recruits, including for units that may be involved in war crimes in Bucha. Thus, the Pskov paratroopers (104th Guards Airborne Assault Regiment, military unit No. 32515) is recruiting 300 people. The 64th Separate Motorised Rifle Brigade from the Khabarovsk Territory (military unit No. 51460) is looking for 356 people, which is approximately the number needed to make up one battalion (there should be a total of three battalions in the brigade).

The division confirmed to the publication that new recruits will be sent to war in Ukraine. They say that they will sign a contract only when they are ready to go to war.

Most importantly, the 37th Separate Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade from Buryatia is trying to find 1,270 new recruits. This Russian region ranks second in terms of the number of military deaths [sustained in the war against Ukraine - ed.].

Reminder: According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the beginning of the military aggression, the Russian army in Ukraine has lost a total of about 36,650 personnel.
