The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sends a note of protest in response to each Russian attack from the territory of Belarus in order to record its participation in the aggression.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated this in an online briefing, European Pravda reports.

"We support the functioning of a very precise response mechanism to every attack from the territory of Belarus. We respond with an appropriate note of protest. We are doing this to record the relevant facts that sooner or later will be used to confirm the fact that Belarus made its territory available for Russian aggression against Ukraine," Kuleba stated.

Kuleba said Belarus’s diplomats had been evacuated from Kyiv in the first few weeks of the war and have not been back since.

"Although legally the embassy is still open," the minister added.
