Quote: "The Administration of the President of the Russian Federation has agreed to create a new structure affiliated with the Russian special services. Its main task will be the implementation of an information campaign aimed at discrediting the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the countries of Western Europe.

In the near future, a full-fledged launch of the project and the start of a broad media promotion campaign are expected."

Details: According to the Chief Intelligence Directorate, the website will encourage foreign citizens and institutions to join the "activities" of the fund.

The Russian occupying forces plan, as noted in the intelligence, to publish a "range of products" and register the fund on trading platforms in Europe. The fund will be advertised according to the principle of "network marketing" to spread information in the media.

The Chief Intelligence Directorate adds that as of 10 August, the following activities have been completed:

  • the site has been created;
  • fake screenshots of publications by well-known mass media about the creation of the fund have been prepared for distribution on social media;
  • a database of the so-called "network leaders" and bloggers for further sharing of materials has been created;
  • memes and comments for social media have been prepared.
