Zelenskyy: Russians hit Kharkiv dormitory, number of casualties not yet determined

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russian occupiers hit a dormitory in the city of Kharkiv on the night of 17 August. The number of casualties and fatalities has yet to be determined.

Ihor Terekhov, the Mayor of Kharkiv, reported that the invaders fired on Saltivka neighbourhood. There is an intense fire in a residential building at the site of strike. According to preliminary information, six people died.
