Russian forces attack Zaporizhzhia, damaging critical infrastructure

Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia on the morning of 31 OCtober, damaging several critical infrastructure facilities.

Quote from Starukh: "Around 08:00, the enemy carried out missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia. Early reports indicate the missiles were air-launched. Critical infrastructure facilities have been damaged. Power outages might occur."

Details: Starukh said that as of 08:40, there were no casualties. Emergency service teams have been dispatched to the scenes of the attacks.
