Russian Defence Ministry orders batch of the latest hypersonic missiles

The Russian Defence Ministry has ordered an additional batch of the latest Zircon hypersonic missiles from the industry, Kremlin propagandists report.

Details: It is reported that the additional contract refers to several dozen missiles.

The Russian Defence Ministry has not officially disclosed this information.
Note: In November 2021, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that tests of the Zircon hypersonic cruise missile were being completed in Russia and that it would enter service with the country's Navy beginning in 2022.
