Fuel tanks are burning in Belgorod, Russia

Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of Belgorod Oblast of the Russian Federation, has reported that a fire broke out, and tanks with diesel fuel are burning "as a result of a projectile hit".

There were no casualties."
