Details: Patrushev claimed that Ukrainian reconnaissance and subversive groups have stepped up their activity recently in the Central Federal District, especially in the border regions, and that there have been systematic attacks.

He said "radicals and extremists" were infiltrating Russia to conduct subversive activities and carry out terrorist attacks; therefore, "we have noted instances of deliberate interference in the operation of vital infrastructure, including transport and fuel and energy facilities."

Quote: "In the course of the special military operation, the number of migrants is increasing. In this regard, I am asking you to take measures aimed at preventing members of clandestine cells of extremist and terrorist organisations, and participants in the hostilities on the side of Ukraine, from entering the territory of the district.

Special attention should be paid to the prevention of illegal activities among migrants and internally displaced persons, and the timely identification and elimination of reasons for their possible involvement in protest activities."

Details: Patrushev also said that lethal weapons supplied to Ukraine and foreign fighters are "priority targets for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation".

He is confident that, "despite the military aid provided by Western countries to the Ukrainian regime, the objectives of the special military operation, as determined by the Russian president, will be achieved".
