A Russian propaganda news outlet, citing its sources, reported the arrest of Yuriy Degtyarev, the so-called Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Safety of the LPR (the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic)".

Details: According to TASS’ sources, the official is suspected of committing fraud with the forest. He has been arrested and for the moment placed in detention for 2 months.
