Ukrainian Armed Forces liberate another two villages in Kherson Oblast

Ukrainian defenders have liberated the villages of Pravdyne and Kalynivske in Kherson Oblast.

Details: Ukrainska Pravda’s sources have confirmed that soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have reached Pravdyne. The Russians left on the night of 8-9 November. Up until that moment, heavy fighting had been going on there. 

Ukraine’s Armed Forces liberated Kalynivske on the afternoon of Wednesday. 

There is no official information regarding new liberated communities yet; however, Ukrainian Telegram-channels are posting videos with Ukrainian soldiers from Pravdyne and Kalynivske.

The Ukrainian flag has been hoisted in the village of Kalynivske.

Background: 

On the afternoon of 9 November, Sergei Surovikin, the commander of the Russian occupation forces in Ukraine, announced that the Russian Federation is transferring its troops to the left bank of the Dnipro River, However, the Ukrainian President’s Office stated that a significant number of Russian military personnel remain in Kherson and Ukraine sees no signs that Russia will retreat without a fight.
