Office of President of Ukraine announces next sanction target in Russia

Andrii Yermak, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated that the sanctions group is working on the introduction of international sanctions against the Russian state nuclear company Rosatom.

Quote from Yermak: "Back in November, as part of the McFaul-Yermak sanctions group, we proposed a detailed plan for these sanctions. Russia continues to blackmail the world with nuclear weapons, and Rosatom hopes to increase export revenue."

Details: Andrii Yermak reminded that Rosatom's portfolio of foreign orders is US$200 billion.

"It cannot be like that. We will work systematically to ensure that sanctions against Rosatom become a reality," he added.

Background: The Russian Rosatom expects a 15% increase in exports this year, the portfolio of foreign currency orders remained at the level of US$200 billion.
