Woman was rescued from under the rubble in Dnipro

Rescue workers of the State Emergency Service have pulled a woman out from under the rubble of a house destroyed by a Russian missile in Dnipro.

Her voice was heard at night, but they were able to pull it out only around 11:30, Denys Monastyrskyi, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, reported.

According to the minister, the victim spent about 10 hours under the rubble after she was heard.

Quote: "A woman who rescuer workers heard during a minute of silence around 01:00 in the morning on 15 January, at 11:30, was rescued from under the rubble of a destroyed house in Dnipro. We are fighting for every life", the interior minister wrote on Facebook.

The victim was found 10 hours after the rescue team heard her.
 
The woman was rescued and hospitalized.

In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs released a video of the victim's rescue.

So far, Dnipro emergency workers have managed to rescue 39 people from under the rubble of the destroyed high-rise building. Six of them are children.

As of 11:30, 21 residents of an apartment building are reported to have been killed. The house, according to Yurii Ihnat, Ukrainian Air Force spokesman, was hit by a missile, which is also called a carrier killer.

More than 70 people had been injured as a result of this act of terrorism. As rescue workers continue to clear the rubble, the fate of dozens more Dnipro residents remains unknown.
