Reminder: On 14 January, Russia carried out another massive attack on Ukraine, hitting a high-rise building in Dnipro. As of 16 January, 40 residents of the building have been killed, including 3 children. 39 were rescued, and 75 have been injured, including 15 children.

Rescue workers continue to clear away the rubble of the building. They are finding pets as well as injured people. Recently a woman was pulled out from under the rubble. Rescue workers had heard her calling out during the night, but it was not until around 11:30 the following morning that they were able to pull her out.
