Mine danger increases due to storm in Black Sea

Odesa City Council has warned that there is an increased danger from mines in the oblast due to a storm in the Black Sea.

Details: There is a high probability of sea mines breaking from their anchors and nailing to the shore, as well as their drifting along the coast, the city council states.
