The air-raid alarm had not been sounded in either the city or Kherson Oblast when the explosions occurred. 

Earlier: In the past 24 hours, the Russian invaders have fired 467 projectiles on Kherson Oblast from artillery, mortars, aircraft, multiple rocket launchers and UAVs, and one civilian has been killed.
