The number of victims of the Russian attack on a public utilities facility in the city of Kherson on 23 June has risen to three.

Background: On 23 June, in the afternoon, the Russians launched an attack on the transport utility facility in the city of Kherson. As a result of the attack, 55 and 43-year old men have been killed, and five more of their colleagues have been injured.
