Zelenskyy: Ukraine needs true air shield to defeat terror

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stressed that Ukraine can defeat Russian terror only if it has a true air shield.

Details: Zelenskyy posted a video which captures the aftermath of Russian airstrikes on Ukraine.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "Ukraine needs a true air shield; this is the only way to defeat Russia’s missile terror.

We have already shown that we can shoot down even those Russian missiles that the terrorists are particularly proud of. Thanks to the help of [Ukraine’s] partners and the air defence systems Ukraine had received, the defenders of our skies have saved thousands of lives.

But we need more air defence systems – for all of our territory, for all our cities and communities. The world must not become numb to Russian terror – we must defeat this terror. And it can be done!"
