Ukraine's Air Force downs 18 Shahed UAVs and 1 Kh-59 missile in night attack

On the night of 30 November – 1 December, the Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 25 Shahed UAVs and two Kh-59 guided aircraft missiles; 18 drones and one missile were destroyed.

Quote: "As a result of the combat work, 18 assault UAVs and one Kh-59 guided aircraft missile were destroyed. Air defence network was activated in Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts."

Details: It is reported that the Russians launched the Shahed drones from two directions: Cape Chauda (occupied Crimea) and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia). Missiles were launched from the airspace of the occupied Kherson Oblast.

The country's south and east were targeted.

Anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defence Forces were involved in repelling the air attack.
