Russian forces struck Kherson Oblast on the morning of 11 December, killing a person and injuring several more people.
Quote from Mrochko: "An enemy attack has left people injured in Kherson city territorial hromada [an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]. A man, 24, has been hospitalised. He has been diagnosed with a mine blast injury."

Update: Later, the prosecutor's office reported that the Russian attack killed a person and injured several more people.
