Explosions ring out in Kropyvnytskyi after air-raid warning issued

Explosions rang out in the city of Kropyvnytskyi on the morning of 4 January after an air-raid warning was issued in the oblast.

Details: Ukraine’s Air Force reported at 09:59 that there is a missile "heading towards [the city of] Kropyvnytskyi." 

Suspilne later said that the explosions had rocked the city.
