The Russian Central Election Commission reported that it has counted 100% of the ballots in the "presidential elections" of the Russian Federation, and that Vladimir Putin received 87.28% of the votes.

Details: The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation reported that among other candidates, Nikolai Kharitonov received 4.31% of the votes, Vladislav Davankov – 3.85%, and Leonid Slutsky – 3.20%.

  • Voting in the Russian presidential "elections" lasted for three days – from 15 to 17 March.
  • It was reported that the Central Committee of the Russian Federation "predicted" a record victory for Putin.
