Civilian killed in Russian attack on Kharkiv Oblast

A man was killed in a Russian attack on the settlement of Vovchanski Khutory in Kharkiv Oblast on 23 March.

The incident occurred today at around 10:00 in the settlement of Vovchanski Khutory in Vovchansk hromada (a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.)."
