Twenty-four locals evacuate from a border hromada in Chernihiv Oblast

Volunteers have evacuated 24 people, including children and people with limited mobility from Semenivka, a hromada near the border in Chernihiv Oblast [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.].
