Russians attack Antonivka near Kherson with drone: one person injured

The Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on a 53-year-old man in Antonivka, a suburb of Kherson, at around 22:00 on the evening of 12 January.

Quote: "A 53-year-old man was injured as a result of the attack. He suffered a blast injury, concussion, a fractured shin bone and shrapnel wounds to his legs."

Details: The Oblast Military Administration reported that the person who was injured in the attack is in hospital.

Background:

• On 11 January, the Russian military fired on social infrastructure and residential areas in Kherson Oblast, damaging two multi-storey buildings and eight houses. They also damaged a warehouse and cars. One person was killed and two others were injured in the attack.
• On the same day, a man was seriously injured in Zmiivka as a result of a Russian drone attack in Kherson Oblast, and another civilian was injured in Antonivka.
