Quote: "We never attack civilian targets. Incidents happen, but we never aim fire against them. And we never direct our drones or missiles at states located in Europe, EU members or countries of the North Atlantic Alliance."
Details: Lavrov said that "threats to use force against Russia are increasingly being heard, with accusations that it is supposedly planning to attack the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union".
He added that "Russia has never had and does not have such intentions" but threatened that any aggression against Russia "will receive a resolute response".
