A Russian soldier who goes by the alias Ryzhy is reported to have opened fire in the stairwell of an apartment building in the temporarily occupied part of Kharkiv Oblast, killing three local residents.

Details: DIU reiterated that there will be just retribution for every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people.
