A Russian drone attacked a boat carrying fishermen in the Shostka district of Sumy Oblast on Saturday 4 October, killing one man and injuring another.

Details: Under the procedural guidance of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the commission of war crimes that resulted in the death of a person (Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Background: On the afternoon of 4 October, Russian forces attacked a railway station in the Shostka hromada. Eight people were taken to hospital, including three children.
