Situation after large-scale Russian strike is worst in Kyiv and five oblasts – Ukrenergo

The power supply situation remains most difficult in the city of Kyiv as well as in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava and Chernihiv oblasts.

Details: Power outages affecting a significant number of consumers were caused by damage to energy facilities in several oblasts as a result of large-scale Russian missile and drone attack.

Details: In addition, Chernihivoblenergo, Chernihiv Oblast's distribution system operator, has implemented a scheduled hourly outage affecting one group of consumers due to the consequences of previous Russian attacks.
