Rubio: US drafted its "peace plan" taking into account proposals from Russia and Ukraine

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that Washington's "peace plan" to resolve Russia's war against Ukraine was drafted on the basis of a proposal from the Russian side, but with consideration of Ukraine's earlier and current positions.
