Russians attack energy infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, causing fires – photo

Russian occupation forces have hit Odesa Oblast with Shahed attack drones; an energy facility and an administrative building have been damaged, and there are disruptions to the electricity supply.

Quote: "The enemy launched yet another large-scale strike overnight on the south of Odesa Oblast using Shahed-type UAVs. The targets were once again civilian and energy infrastructure facilities. Despite the active work of air defence, damage has been caused: an energy facility, an administrative building and several houses have been affected."

Details: Kiper said firefighters had promptly extinguished the fire, but the attack had caused power outages.

"A municipal response headquarters is working at the scene. Critical infrastructure is temporarily running on generators. A total of 11 invincibility centres have been deployed to assist the population," the regional head said. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]

There were no casualties.
