Talks between Ukrainian and US delegations on a "peace plan" ended in Berlin on Monday 15 December.

Details: The talks began on the morning of 15 December at about 11:00 local time. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in the meeting.

President of France Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Dick Schoof, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and President of Finland Alexander Stubb are also expected in Berlin later the same day.
Background:
- Stubb had already arrived in Berlin on Sunday and held a short meeting with Trump's negotiators.
- According to the schedule disclosed by the Office of the President of Ukraine, the meeting of the leaders is due to begin at 20:00 Kyiv time.
- Previous talks took place on 14 December. The Office of the President of Ukraine said that the talks had lasted more than five hours. Special representative of President Trump Steve Witkoff said there had been "significant progress".
