NATO secretary general explains how to prevent Putin from attacking NATO countries

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte believes that, in order to ensure that Kremlin ruler Vladimir Putin does not dare to attack any NATO member state, Ukraine must be strengthened to the maximum extent.

He said that if those two things were done, NATO would be strong enough to defend itself and Putin would never take the risk.
