French President Emmanuel Macron has confirmed that a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing will take place in Paris in early January.

Details: Macron said that on Sunday evening he took part, "together with several other European leaders", in a discussion with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump. He added that he then held a separate conversation with Zelenskyy.

Details: In the same post, Macron confirmed that representatives of the countries of the Coalition of the Willing will gather in Paris in early January.

Previously: Earlier, a senior Élysée Palace official, speaking to European Pravda on condition of anonymity, said that a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing would take place in Paris in early January, with Zelenskyy and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in attendance.

On 26 December, the Élysée Palace confirmed that security guarantees for Ukraine will be finalised in January.
