Russians strike energy facilities in Odesa Oblast minutes before midnight on New Year's Eve: fires break out, power outages reported

Russian forces conducted a drone attack on Odesa Oblast on the night of 31 December-1 January, striking energy infrastructure facilities just minutes before the New Year began.
