Russians strike energy facilities in Odesa Oblast minutes before midnight on New Year's Eve: fires break out, power outages reported

Russian forces conducted a drone attack on Odesa Oblast on the night of 31 December-1 January, striking energy infrastructure facilities just minutes before the New Year began.

Details: Kiper reported that the large-scale strike had caused power disruptions at critical facilities that support the functioning of Odesa's urban infrastructure.

He urged residents of the oblast to stay in shelters until the all-clear is given.
