The Russians have attacked Odesa for the second consecutive night, injuring three people. The city has also declared a day of mourning for those killed in the attack on the night of 26-27 January.

Three people have been injured.

A 21-year-old man has been hospitalised with shrapnel wounds. He is in a moderate condition.

Two men, aged 67 and 80, received medical treatment at the scene. They have been diagnosed with concussion and acute stress reaction but refused hospitalisation."

Details: Lysak also reported that Wednesday 28 January has been declared a day of mourning in the city for those killed in the Russian attack on the night of 26-27 January.
